Dreamin is a mobile advertising startup created by experts of the market and experimenting thrilling growth since its creation 2 years ago.
Our team is looking for someone who shares our startup mindset: ambitious, dynamic, engaged, curious & fast-learner, for a 6-month internship and a possible long term contract at the end of the internship.
Mission:
- Identify, recruit and engage partnerships with premium publishers in the mobile industry
- Develop strong relationships with mobile publishers, helping them to maximise the performance.
- Analyze daily results to assure a constant profit growth and compliance to the key industry metrics.
- Negotiate and manage the campaigns’ budgets and payouts both internally with the Account Management team and externally with the partners.
Requirements:
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent relationship building, networking skills and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, Excel expert and kpi driven
- A go-getter mentality to make things happen
- Knows how to work independently, in a small but cozy startup environment
